Key: LastGC

Value: The newest $(Inode, Epoch)$ tuple in the database. Whenever a new $(Inode, Epoch)$ tuple is entered in the database, the NextGC attribute associated with the Inode as well as the value of LastGC itself are both updated to point to the newly created $(Inode, Epoch)$.
